Loved my visit! So organized and clean all throughout the store as well. Shawn was our cashier and was so incredibly helpful and friendly! :) amazing customer service from him which was such a great impression of the environment of the store on my first visit!

I booked an in-store appointment to design an elfa closet for an awkward attic corner with a sloped ceiling, and Narissa was such a delight to work with. She’s not only professional and talented but also extremely intuitive when it comes to suggestions. She took her time to understand the measurements, my priorities (like preferring more drawers over hanging space), and then got right to work.
