Bought shoe organizers that totally fell apart. I brought pieces back to store and they would not give me refund. The quality was so terrible. Screws came right out. Zion at the Oxnard store would not accept return because I didn’t have the screws???? Such terrible quality and such terrible customer service. I have spent tons of money at Container Store.
