I don't often write reviews but working with Manny and Janice was an incredibly smooth process for our closet design. The staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly.

I recently placed an order for pick up and received a message that it would be ready for pick up soon. After about a week, I hadn't heard anything so called. I spoke with Hector who looked into my order and found that there had been a mix up with the delivery and apologized. It had been delivered but was assumed to be for restock. So many options for ways to organize various spots in your home. It is a large store with lots of different types of storage containers and thing to help get your home in order. We weren't able to find something to hang up our kitchen pots with but that was probably a long shot for this type of store anyway.

Very misleading shelf, and you won’t be able to find what you really want. The staff are also not very helpful although they are polite.
