A little back story: I have moved into my SUV full time to make it a camper and travel more. I had just purchased an entry way bench that opens from the top (will update review with pictures later) from NE Furniture Mart. Friendly customer service. Excellent storage options.
Save the trip and shop online. At check out in person I asked to use my membership (organize insiders) account. The cashier said "uh oh". I asked if it would be a problem, he said nothing. I reiterated wanting to use my account and he called over a manager, who said it was only one item. The cashier reiterated my total and did not let me use my account. I paid and left. If I purchased online I would have been able to use my account to track my purchase and use my insider savings coupon. The whole experience made me super unc... read more
