Thursday, 10.16.25 at 4:30 pm. Arrived to store and there were 3 sales ladies standing up front. No customers. I heard "welcome" from one. No offer to assist. Standing there, I asked if someone could help me find a specific item. One lady told me "we don't have anything like that" as she stood propped against the railing and then got on her phone. Kaitlyn became eager to help and actually took me to the perfect container, which I purchased. Congratulations to Kaitlyn for her customer service 👏
Terrible customer service. Associate walked away while helping me because they were called to the front. They don’t restock items in a timely fashion so I had to wait to them check in the back to see if I could get what I wanted. Took all four people working about 15 minutes to even send someone to check the back. They didn’t have what I wanted despite it saying they had 4 in stock. Excellent customer service and great products. My daughter found a lot for her dorm room. We’ve used their large heavy duty containers with wheels over 2 moves and still going strong 14 years later. Plan to do a design consult to improve closet storage within the next few months. Highly recommend.
