As a devoted, long-term, frequent shopper and huge fan of The Container Store, I've been watching the recent Bed Bath & Beyond integration with cautious optimism. Awesome experience for making a closet! Justin C at the store was great at listening to what we wanted. Every time I called the employees were kind and efficient. Tony did the installment in about 2 hours and was great at communication as well. I will try to come back to this in a year to update on how the closet is holding up!

Really love their shoe containers. They also have really good items to create the perfect "storage" space. If I had to make one request/suggestion, it would be to offer the same prices online and in the store. I was driving by and decided to stop and grab some containers but once I got to the register, they weren't on sale. I was told to order them online and come back to pick up my order.
