I went into this location and found an hourglass on display that I really wanted to buy. I was told it was no longer in stock and had been removed from the system, so I asked to purchase the display model. They still refused. Honestly, I’m pretty irritated. The item is discontinued, and I was standing there ready to pay for it, and they still would not sell it to me. That makes absolutely no sense. As a devoted, long-term, frequent shopper and huge fan of The Container Store, I've been watching the recent Bed Bath & Beyond integration with cautious optimism. While the pairing made sense on paper at first, the in-store transition (which is still ongoing as of my July 9th visit) is slightly confusing. Awesome experience for making a closet! Justin C at the store was great at listening to what we wanted. Every time I called the employees were kind and efficient. Tony did the installment in about 2 hours and was great at communication as well. I will try to come back to this in a year to update on how the closet is holding up!
