Really love their shoe containers. They also have really good items to create the perfect "storage" space. If I had to make one request/suggestion, it would be to offer the same prices online and in the store. I was driving by and decided to stop and grab some containers but once I got to the register, they weren't on sale. I was told to order them online and come back to pick up my order. Overpriced. Literally 3 to 5x as much as normal items.
Nice store but expensive.
Staff was great. I went there for something very specific and asked for help locating it and they walked me straight to where I needed to be and showed me all the different options.
I adore everything about the Container Store, but there was one aspect that left me a bit disappointed. On the evening I visited, I only encountered one employee. She had glasses and was petite, and she exuded kindness, laughter, and helpfulness throughout my visit. I understand that I arrived an hour before the store closed, but I was still mindful of the time and tried to apologize for the inconvenience.
