Nice store but expensive.
Staff was great. I went there for something very specific and asked for help locating it and they walked me straight to where I needed to be and showed me all the different options.
I adore everything about the Container Store, but there was one aspect that left me a bit disappointed. On the evening I visited, I only encountered one employee. She had glasses and was petite, and she exuded kindness, laughter, and helpfulness throughout my visit. I understand that I arrived an hour before the store closed, but I was still mindful of the time and tried to apologize for the inconvenience. Sheryl did a fantastic job designing my closet! She was very helpful and accommodating in the store. The installation process was easy, and I’m so pleased with how it turned out!
