The store was messy. Prices are so high you wonder how they stay in business
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Something happened because it wasn’t always like this. I tried to go in and buy 2 brackets, some little plastic strips, and a wooden shelf to add to my existing system (that I purchased at this store) and the girl said she would go look to see if it was in stock. She never returned. I asked another woman to check on her and that woman went in back, and never returned. After waiting an extended period of time I just left. I ordered the parts on-line.
