The Container Store in West Des Moines is THE BEST! I could spend a lot of time there and the atmosphere in the store is just relaxing and peaceful. If you go to this store and see Jodi working or checking people out - she ROCKS! Every time we go there, she is so helpful and pleasant! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am excited that they are combining with Bed Bath and Beyond too.
The store was wonderfully put together and clean however, customer service was lacking. I walked around the store for at least 15 to 20 minutes and not one employee asked me if I needed help
Large selection. Friendly staff.
Staff helped me find exactly what I needed right away. Could easily spend hours there, lots of stuff to look at!
