Love it, it’s like Disney for adults!! You can definitely find anything your need for organization and much more. I do think that it’s a little over priced!
Bought a few things from here to organize my closet and kitchen and it was great, I did buy a couple of bathroom items especially An adhesive shampoo holder and it broke the 2nd day
I worked with Aaron to design our closets and my experience has not been good. We did the Elfa system and decided to redo our closets in the midst of a renovation. With our tight timeline I chose to go with the Container Store purely on timelines I was promised. I should have known not to trust the company when I was verbally quoted then sent a quote $8k higher. We had to work to bring the cost down on designs. We have had many delivery issues. Awful. Miss sold us on timeline for closets, designers messed up the design so when they were half installed they messed that up too. 14-21 day timeline now shifted to almost 3 months. Advised to avoid this store and go somewhere where they manage expectations appropriately.
