Ella Shelving used to be a great product line & this store used to be a great distribution point. I've spent between $30,000 & $50,000 on both commercial and residential projects. I've worked for years I've worked with Becky as a designer. She is a fabulous designer, and business person. Love the Container Store. Home decorating and storage needs. A few of the items we looked at did not have visible pricing, so we had to track down an associate for assistance. That was a little annoying as it felt like they were busy and I was keeping them from their work. Still picked up some storage on sale for my middle school classroom

After months of trying to resolve an issue, during which I was repeatedly left waiting for days without a proper response or even the courtesy of an update, I’ve come to the conclusion that your store is unwilling to take responsibility for a defective product. I paid nearly $7,000 for a laundry closet. I only became aware of a defective door after hitting my head on an extremely sharp corner, which caused a noticeable bump.
