Ella Shelving used to be a great product line & this store used to be a great distribution point. I've spent between $30,000 to $50,000 on both commercial and residential projects. For years I've worked with Becky as a designer. She is a fabulous designer, and business person. Placed a small $1,400 order this morning for pick up this afternoon. 8- 4' x 16" shelves and liners. Ryan helped us out tremendously. There was an issue with our online order we had paid extra for and he made everything right. He went above and beyond like 3 separate times during our encounter. I'm now a huge fan of the container store just because of my interactions with him today.
