Great staff, but they DEFINITELY stereotype customers. I felt very targeted there. It's a very uncomfortable situation and atmosphere if you are not their certain type of people. AND, this is our second time shopping here. The first time, we were actually followed by staff throughout the store. Will not shop here again.
I've had positive experiences at this store before, but recently a staff member essentially scolded me as I walked through the store towards the door to the rest of the mall because she thought I wasn't actually going to browse. I had planned on looking at the kitchen selection, but ultimately left without making a purchase because the interaction was so uncomfortable.
An employee informed me of a sale then followed me very closely through the store before rudely telling me the store "isn't a hallway" as I approached the entry to the rest of the Tucson mall. I actually like shopping here and the selection but I was so uncomfortable I will not be going back anytime soon
