We decided to call the Container Store and try their design services which are free. A time was scheduled for a digital meeting and we received an email with instructions on how to connect. Prior to the meeting we were instructed as to how to measure the space and where to send the measurements which we wrote on a form provided by the Container Store. The customer service has been horrific. I have called and emailed multiple times over the last few weeks and have heard no response. I am still trying to connect with a represenative.
You have to be kidding me. A Monday afternoon with over 12 people on line to pay with ONE cashier? Shame on you!!!! Absurd

I had a great shopping experience today because of one of your employees, Ruth. I was in the area and was a couple hours early to pick up my online orders. I had to cancel the online orders and make the purchases in store instead. Ruth ensured that I got my items sooner and honored the discounts I received online without a problem. She was patient and even provided tips for using the under bed storage I had just bought. Thanks for the wonderful customer service!
Employees (especially GM) lack compassion for a mother pleading to use their bathroom when trying to clean up a toddler covered in vomit while passing through White Plains, NY. This lack of compassion and empathy is a terrible display of how potential costumers are treated. You should be ashamed!!! �
