Terrible on line experience needing to return items. TCS expects customer to pay for return. With a large box, the cost was 2x what I paid for the item. Customer service was no help. Why don't you tell people ordering online about this expense. Online customers BEWARE

If you have a storage problem, the container store has the solution. Not only solutions but ideas. Lisa helped me design my closet. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff.
The best place to get organized. They have everything you can think or dream of having to get your home in order to find things in seconds when you only have minutes to spare. They are friendly and wonderful with customers.
I've only been here once so far, but I'll be back. The staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and really go out of their way to be helpful, and of course the place is a wonderland of beautiful and fun organizational toys. Less-cluttered life, here I come!
