While many Toyota rusted frames class action suites across the US resulted in Toyota having to provide 15 years of free inspection, undercoating or frame replacement for an additional 10 years, Consumer Law Group negotiated the worst settlement for Toyota Owners with 1 year to inspect and not extension of coverage beyond that year or undercoating if it was applied. The class action settlement in Canada by the consumer law group is the worst settlement. Make you think they were paid by Toyota to throw the fight.
