Sebastian and Ezra are the sweetest sales reps. Sebastian has helped me with a purchase before. I travel a lot and fragrance, to me, is incredibly evocative of specific memories. The staff in this store were some of the most helpful we met in NYC and frustratingly we weren’t able to return when we wanted, to purchase the fragrance I was introduced to. Honestly, everything in here smells incredible, unique and full of quality. Of course, the price reflects that, but nice things cost money. I walked in looking to explore the cologne options. I met Sebastian and he helped me explore all the available options. He took his time with me and helped me figure out what I was looking for. Funny enough, i had no idea what I was looking for. He helped me find it though! He was very attentive and very helpful. I will be going back again. I love the ambiance of the store and the staff are great.
