I loved friends’ Vase and flowers. They had purchased from The Conservatory in SA. I (living in Melbourne) contacted them; such marvellous service! Nothing a problem! We exchanged photos- they even packed it up personally for us at Aus Post, to send to Vic! Cannot recommend highly enough.👍🙏
Hugo Ray I had a similar experience, rudness and made to feel responsible for a problem which existed since purchase of a plant. I am not a regular and was looked up and down. I believe this was the problem and not the advice I was given that my plant needs more light than it already gets from my big north facing windows. Then he walked away…
Amazing range of products. If you can't find what you want at this store, you won't find it anywhere. Super helpful staff and well laid out store.
Beautiful and healthy selection of plants, gorgeous giftware. All in all a lovely place to wander an enjoy all they have to offer.
