My experience with Nancy at the confidence shoppe was fantastic. I started with an affirmation coaching session that immediately produced results in my business! I was largely unfamiliar and perhaps even a little dubious of hypnotherapy until I met Nancy who gave me an initial overview of. What it involves and how it works. I decided to give it a shot as I was struggling with anxiety and stress due to typical life challenges. It took approx 8 sessions before it really had an impact.
