Love doing sound meditation with The Conduit. I go to the Ellington location at American Karate.. The only small downside IT WAS COLD it was fine when we arrived then it started getting colder.. No heat on? Door open? Def bring extra blankets and stay closer to middle of floor not the back... I'm sure a small adjustment... Won't stop me from attending these with them.. Already purchased for the next ones March13 and 20 :)
This sound meditation with The Conduit Sound was deeply grounding and calming. From the first tone, I felt my body relax and my mind slow down. The vibrations were soothing without being overwhelming, and the space felt intentional and safe. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and genuinely at peace. It was a beautiful experience that stayed with me long after it ended.
This service is amazing. I’ve never felt this level of relaxation. Owen and team are fantastic at providing a perfect meditative state and creating great ambiance. Will definitely go again.
I’ve attended several Conduit Sound Meditations, and each one has been a uniquely beautiful experience. Every sound bath feels different, thoughtfully crafted, and deeply immersive. The care they put into setting up each venue really enhances the journey — from the atmosphere to the soundscape, everything feels intentional. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I can’t wait to return for my next session!
