My mother is a resident at the Concorde and we have nothing but the very best things to say about her experience there. Moving to the Concorde meant a significant increase in her quality of life - healthier eating, cleaner and safer living space, and a wonderful social network. The staff are excellent and always patient with my Mom and with us. We hope she continues to reside there for a happy long time!
Felt very welcome and comfortable with staff and the residents we sat with. Definitely will consider this retirement home.
Not knowing anything about the Concorde, I had the pleasure to meet a few of the staff, and go for a tour around the facility, with a very friendly -family atmosphere. visiting for just a short time, it feels like home, residents are friendly and love to chat and are very appreciative.

Definitely, not what I expected. Very disappointing. Unorganized and click.
