Honestly, I’m so glad I found this physio. From the very first appointment, I felt like I was in good hands. They really took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and create a plan that actually made sense for me. I’ve seen a big improvement in my pain and mobility, and I actually look forward to each session. Super friendly, super knowledgeable—couldn’t ask for more.
Over all my experience has been a slow and gradual improvement to my condition of tight stiff muscles from years of over use in concrete construction. The staff at the Compassion centre are very pleasant and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend their services

Highly Recommend Prenatal Physiotherapy! Prenatal physiotherapy has made a world of difference in my pregnancy journey. I was struggling with sciatica and other common discomforts, but the sessions provided so much relief and made everything more manageable. Not only did it ease my physical pains, but it has also helped me feel more prepared and confident for labor. The guidance and support I received from Mrs. Vinodini are truly invaluable. So grateful for this experience—it has made my pregnancy so much smoother!
I had a pleasure working with my physio Vinu. My friend's rmt who's her colleague recommended her to my friend and my friend then recommended her to me. I was dealing with chronic hip pain from olympic weightlifting/powerlifting style training and honestly a lot of physios i've met didn't really listen to me and just did their own thing and never really dry needled me.
