I've been seeing Harleen at Compassion Centre for physiotherapy and have had a great experience. The shockwave therapy has been very effective in relieving the tightness in my arms and shoulders. Negi at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming, making appointments and insurance paperwork easy to manage. I also really appreciate that they can direct bill both of my insurance plans (through my work and my husband's work). I have been coming to this massage and physiotherapy clinic for almost a year, and my experience has been excellent. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Whenever I need to change an appointment or something unexpected comes up, they do their best to accommodate me. They are always ready to help and make the whole experience stress-free. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionist (Negi) was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. The massage therapist (Jackie) was professional, attentive, and tailored the treatment to my needs. The environment was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and much less tense. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding service and a great massage experience.

I had an incredible experience at The Compassion Centre for both physiotherapy and massage therapy. The staff here are incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about your recovery. My therapist took the time to properly diagnose my issues and explained the treatment plan clearly.
