If you are looking for a supportive and knowledgeable physiotherapist, I highly recommend Vinu at the Compassion Centre. She helped me feel comfortable from the moment we met and she always greets me with a smile on her face. She gets to know what's going on with you and teaches you along the way. I also see Jan, an RMT who is amazing. He helps me relax and takes his time to work out muscle tightness and knots. I come in with aches and limited movement in my neck and shoulders and I leave without them.
Very poor. Front desk don’t know the exact time of booking. I hadn’t any follow up appointment, but they said you have appointment. Luckily I canceled otherwise I had to pay. That’s totally their fault. 2nd time again, when I booked my two follow up appointments and went there on time, they said you haven’t any appointment. I asked about that because I have booked already after my first one, they apologised for that but they wasted a lot of time. Really disappointing🙅♀️
I have been coming to this Compassion Centre location since it first opened its doors. Although it is a bit of a distance from my home, I keep coming because I appreciate the familiar, friendly, and welcoming faces of all the staff who work here. I am so very thankful for the caring and compassionate care I have received. I am not sure how I could have managed without their help throughout the years for my acute and chronic pain issues. I was directed to the Compassion Center from an outside source for counselling. I was nervous at our first session, upon meeting Dr Augustine I felt very welcomed and safe. Within 15mins into our first session I could sense this was going to be a very safe space. Dr A is extremely educated, full of wisdom and kindness.
