I love Community Bank! My family and I have been using them since I was a child. They call and/or text me if I have an unusual charge. They call me if I have transferred to much from savings to checking to give me a warning (instead of just charging me which is very nice.) Jan and Jason are easy for me to get a hold of and they are always extremely helpful towards any situation. I recommend them to anyone who asks. :)
This is one of the most incompetent banks i could ever dream up , first they couldnt keep a working atm ,there solution was screw it tear it up and send ppl to random atms .... fine whatever. 2nd I get laid off like most everyone from covid, mayb they tried call i dunno ,i dont care either way...i dont need talk to em if i do id call them ,or they can leave me a message. But No message ever left..... to the point i get back to work few wks ago i work like 13 hrs a day on midnights. I Have to stay over to c HR , for them tell... read more
