I love this bank. Friendly service.
Tried to cash my daughter’s birthday check (she’s 11) from their grandparents and they refused said they had to be in the car with me. Did the same exact thing I’ve done a dozen times but today they made up a rule for some reason. I immediately looked up the law and sure enough it clearly says they aren’t required to be present. They seem to make up the rules as they go.
Does anyone actually work at this bank? I have tried many times to reach someone and all I get is an automated message that hangs up on you after giving you some useless information.
