Friendly people and very helpful
We love this bank for both our business and our personal accounts. The ladies that work there are attentive and do a nice job. Derek Gingerich was great to work with as we were getting our business loan.
The people that work in the bank are all nice. My complaint is where they allow their employees to park. It is ridiculous how you have to maneuver by their vehicles to access ATM or drive thru. Especially if you drive a truck or large SVU, having to park and go in or walk to the ATM defeats the convenience of banking there.
Dennis is absolutely the best banker! He has helped me numerous times. He is definitely a needed asset in all banks. He really exemplifies customer service.
