I use Community for my personal and business banking. For my business banking, Rusty Parsons has always been great to us. Any issues we have had, Rusty has been able to fix for us. Everyone there is always very friendly! For my personal banking, Lexi Hill was our Mortgage Loan Specialist. She was great and we had everything set to close with no issues. This bank is horrible. My dad asked me to login to his account to setup zelle. His account was frozen due to too many login attempts,he went into the bank the next day to have his account unlocked and wanted them to add me as an authorized user so I could help out when needed. They refused to unlock his account and he received a letter saying they were closing his account because he was deemed a security risk. You guys are a joke,ever heard of an authorized user?
