This bank does not offer online access. They say they do, but the passwords they give us never work. When we inquire about this issue, we are given yet another password that doesn't work (4 times now). We requested mailed paper statements in January and it is now May. We have only received one statement, and that was for March. We have found another bank that actually offers online access, online bill pay features, and mobile phone apps, and more and we are in the process of switching and closing our accounts.
