. My previous review was responded to and the situation has been discussed. Very pleased with the follow up. I enjoy doing business with the bank. Employees are friendly and polite.
I have edited this review from a 1 star to a 3 star review. I had a horrible experience and called and talked to several people who were clueless. But then I got a call from Pat and if I were only reviewing him this would be a five star review with smiling emojis! He listened, understood, and truly seemed to care about his job, his customers and his bank. I hope the rest of CSB can someday match his level of commitment!
