This bank is a joke don’t waste your time just use Huntington or Chase go somewhere that’s actually competent. Nearly had my vacation ruined because CSB refused to increase the daily spending limit on a checking account despite talking to them about it 3 separate times in advance before getting ready to pay for a hotel.

CSB is a great bank to begin with. However the Sugarcreek branch is by far the best bank experience one could ask for. People are very knowledgeable and always so quick and happy to help. I really enjoy each visit to the Csb in Sugarcreek. Thanks for all you do
