Worst bank ever. Missed 2 pymts.during COVID they said we will work with you no problem. Guess what they lied wrote the rv off and sent that to credit bureau making us look bad, charged a daily late fees. Sent us to their collection dept. and we were totally caught up within 6 months. But now they won't take it back off of the credit report. I'm sure they were able to claim this write off on their taxes. We have talked to lawyers who have said we have a case. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient
Stole my money in the form of a fee to cash a check written on their own bank. Teller flat out lied to me. I wouldn't trust this bank with a penny.

Would not recommend CSB verbally assuring then deny what was stated upon closure of loan with CSB.
