This organization is professional, responsive, and helpful. You actually get a pleasant, live, articulate person when you call, without jumping through any hoops. I recently had questions about my existing accounts and linking with a separate application. Tiffany and Tristan went above and beyond to take time to help with questions and concerns. Both were professional, caring, and very helpful.
Worst bank ever. Missed 2 pymts.during COVID they said we will work with you no problem. Guess what they lied wrote the rv off and sent that to credit bureau making us look bad, charged a daily late fees. Sent us to their collection dept. and we were totally caught up within 6 months. But now they won't take it back off of the credit report. I'm sure they were able to claim this write off on their taxes. We have talked to lawyers who have said we have a case.
