I had an appointment scheduled with this company in 2025 to service my mother's wheelchair. Unfortunately, I had to cancel on short notice because my mother passed away. In 2026, I contacted the company to reschedule the service and apologized for the previous cancellation. After waiting more than a month without hearing back, I followed up and was advised that scheduling was handled by another member of the business. Absolutely great staff, and atmosphere here. Felt at home here picking up a walker and other essentials.... made me feel rt at home and helped adjust everything b4 I left and like I said she was absolutely positively helpful and professional and knew what she was doing... they have everything you need and more. Thanks for your help and look forward to using the tools from here that'll help me in and out of the house...

Awesome place for elders
In 2019 my mom was palliative and the Comfort Zone was involved in all the "gear" she needed. When things were delivered or installed, the guy was fast and friendly. Really, no issues at all.
