i bought a leather recliner chair 2 years ago and the leather on the head rest began to detiorate. I called the comfort shop and they informed me it was out of warrantee but they sent someone out to do an inspection. They informed me that my neck area excretes acids which react with the leather. I objected and told them that i have had leather furniture from day dot never having this problem. My antique car collection has no evidence of it as well.
