Our company recently changed to Fulton bank and the service at the Clarksville location is miserable. Every time I try to cash a payroll check I’m told they don’t have enough cash. Week after week they reprimand me because my checks are around $3000. and I don’t have an account there. Always on a Friday, and it doesn’t matter if I go at 9 AM, noon, or 5 PM, it’s the same thing. Worst experience!!! Dottie the manager has been very rude. She messed up my account and kept lying about fixing it, promising to call me but it's been months and she doesn't even respond now. I also don't like how Dottie speaks to her employees. She literally called an employee out of a room while they were with a customer, just to point out a mistake they had made earlier.
