ATM is broken
This bank went down hill ever since previous manager Todd Mueller left. Service now is very poor and no one cares. I moved tens of thousands to a new bank and kept a small amount but need to get all the way out.
Great Customer service! Wonderful staff and super friendly. Willing to help out and understand what you would like to do. Also tries to ensure everyone leaves as happy as they can.
Saturday service failed me. I've been in line for an hour with 3 customers that were in front of me. I think the manager should have known this and send me to a different branch that may be much quicker.
