I visited this branch to ask about an account discrepancy. The teller frequently said "Are you calling me a liar?" when something didn't match up or when I asked a follow-up question. I had a better experience with the Fulton customer service hotline, despite the long wait.
ATM is broken
This bank went down hill ever since previous manager Todd Mueller left. Service now is very poor and no one cares. I moved tens of thousands to a new bank and kept a small amount but need to get all the way out.
Great Customer service! Wonderful staff and super friendly. Willing to help out and understand what you would like to do. Also tries to ensure everyone leaves as happy as they can.
