Great Customer service! Wonderful staff and super friendly. Willing to help out and understand what you would like to do. Also tries to ensure everyone leaves as happy as they can.
Saturday service failed me. I've been in line for an hour with 3 customers that were in front of me. I think the manager should have known this and send me to a different branch that may be much quicker.
If I could give this bank a 0 star rating I would! Do not work with these people. I had a loan I was trying to payoff quickly due to the fact the bank increased the interest rates multiple times in a few month period. When I want to get a payoff for my balance, guess what? They didnt provide the correct payoff. Then continued to MIS-APPLY my payments to interest ONLY all the while NOT paying off the principal as rapidly so that guess that they should keep accruing interest at a faster rate.
