Terrible. Teller had horrible attitude and he snatched the money from me out of my hand. It took 40 minutes from when I arrived to deposit cash because they were understaffed. I understand being shorthanded but should not take 40 minutes. I deal with other banks that are short staffed also and don't have these issues.
I can’t say enough positive things about Sales & Service Specialist, Clinton Ceasar. He is consistently pleasant, resourceful, courteous, kind, and incredibly patient. No matter how busy the branch is, or even if you walk in just minutes before closing, he's busy and it's not an ideal time, he still goes out of his way to help and he treats you with the same professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help everytime. I visited this branch to ask about an account discrepancy. The teller frequently said "Are you calling me a liar?" when something didn't match up or when I asked a follow-up question. I had a better experience with the Fulton customer service hotline, despite the long wait.
ATM is broken
This bank went down hill ever since previous manager Todd Mueller left. Service now is very poor and no one cares. I moved tens of thousands to a new bank and kept a small amount but need to get all the way out.
