My daughter’s boyfriend opened account and they did not verify his identification at the time. He kept getting the runaround when he called the bank. So he went in one day and had them verify it in person. Well apparently he was supposed to go to a specific person so they ended up closing his account which took them forever to send his money back to him. Only inconvenience I've experienced is that they don't make you a debit card on the spot when opening up a checking account. It's mailed to you. Other than that the staff is friendly and no complaints.
One teller on a Saturday to man both drive thru and the counter? Seriously? Lol
Would give -5 stars if I could. Worst service ever. They closed my 18 yr old son acct. because they didnt copy his ID. They said they sent letter in mail and certified check. Never received either. They wrote the check on 5-22 and it's 6-19. Still no check. Waiting for stop payment and reissue, however they keep having excuses. Now they will probably tell us it'll be mailed and we can't get it from the branch.
