Do not use this company. They rush you through the buying process. Conrad was rude and impatient through the entire process. Now I have lived here 4 months and am being told by a contractor that my realtor should have noticed the mold in the bathroom as it is bad! Conrad pushed me into this home with mold! Now I am trying to figure out how to fix my brand new home and of course they do not care as they made the sale and got the money.
