If I could give this place a zero star I would. It is now April 17th and I signed a contract on January 7. If I had not followed up with Nicole Morell who was the Legal Assistant to Craig Dernis every time, I would not have heard a word. Then, the insurance company sent me a check by mistake in March and I emailed immediately to ask how much I should send the lawyer. Thank goodness I didn't send the check until it cleared.
