Sharing this review in hopes that it will prevent others from making the same mistake my parents made in entrusting The Collins Firm with the task of establishing their estate plan. My siblings and I are still cleaning up the mess that this firm caused by providing my parents with guidance in establishing an estate plan that ran completely contrary to their wishes and introduced a massive amount of complexity that was 100% unnecessary. I give two stars (instead of 1) only because I am thankful for my Mother setting up a will, trust and supplemental needs trust (SNT) for our disabled brother. Very disappointed with the SNT as it has proven inadequate for my brother's future, the worst part is they will not make corrections (even for a fee) to what was, in my opinion, a "boilerplate" document which is wholly inadequate.
