Very nice townhome, very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is on point taking care of small issues, and the paperwork move in process was great. Mrs. Wynetta was great, allowing the move in process to run smoothly.
Wynetta has been absolutely amazing! She’s always friendly, responsive, and super helpful whenever I have questions or submit a maintenance request. Her customer service truly stands out and has made my living experience here smooth and stress-free. She and the new maintenance team are a big reason why I’ve chosen to continue my lease at this property. Highly recommend!
Updated: May 2026 Pros: The neighborhood is quiet, the townhouse itself is very beautiful, rent includes xfinity internet and trash service, they have great rental promotions when signing offering two months of free rent, and the local high school is North Point. Cons: #1: Maintenance has improved with the addition of new staff and management but some tasks take so long to complete or never really get completed fully.
