My washing machine was broken for a few days but it was fixed in a timely fashion thanks to Joe the maintenance technician who drove three hours to get to the job fixed it in less than 15 minutes and off to the next call I can tell he takes pride in his work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros: The neighborhood is quiet, the townhouse itself is very beautiful, rent includes xfinity internet and trash service, they have great rental promotions when signing offering two months of free rent, and the local high school is North Point. Cons: #1: There is NO onsite leasing manager or agent, and no direct contact with anyone when you have an issue.
