The shop itself was very cute, however the staff were very rude when I asked about a product they had for sale. They also have Needohs for sale but buyer beware, most of them do not have real Needohs inside the boxes. Most were fakes.
This place is absolutely terrible. I was trying to see if i could try on a white bikini bottom but on the dressing room door there was a sign saying “please ask assistant before using changing room.” So of course, I went looking for the lady and asked her if I could have access to the changing room. She told me in a very stern tone that I would have to try the bottoms on over my shorts. The woman at the counter today was very rude, and treated my family like they were a problem rather than people, the shop's products were beautiful but I felt pretty disgusted by her lack of manners.
We grabbed a couple of their “on sale” shirts on the outside rack, then discovered the door was locked! Apparently, the Jamaican woman takes breaks but doesn’t leave even a note on the door. Very odd. When she did return, she was on the phone with her ear pod in, barely interacting with the customers who had been waiting for her. Just not a good experience.
The staff of the store is very disrespectful to foreign customers. I feel unappreciated when I come here and I think when another foreign customer comes, the staff will be the same. This is my first and last time coming to this store.
