I retained this firm to assist with a short sale while my mother's property was in pre-foreclosure. At the time of engagement, I was told the process should be relatively straightforward since a buyer had already been identified. ****BEWARE HE WON’T ANSWER AFTER YOU PAY***** I contacted Mr. Coleman based off of his good reviews. He began the preparation of a trust, transfer of deed and we even hired a notary to execute the documents. He completely ghosted us after we paid for the notary. It has now been OVER A YEAR of us trying to contact him and no response. The representatives at ARAG have also tried to help us get in contact with him and no response.
