Since the structure was built before statehood it is one of Oklahoma Countys rare and unique Territorial properties (those built between the opening of Oklahoma Territory in 1889 and Statehood in 1907). Came in to finalize a Will after the funeral of my husband step mother. Mr.Steven Coleman was proffessional, warming and came across as family setting at the dinner table in our visit . Knowledgeable with a awesome secretary . Very warm. Welcome us in with the offer of coffee or water. She was great.
