The worst experience ever! We waited almost 5 months for these people to review our file and after sending several emails almost on a weekly basis the paralegal got back to us stating that our monthly payment would cost us over 3,000 or 4,400 per month for 5 years for Chapter 13 for a couple. We wish we knew what to expect from the beginning so we wouldn’t have wasted time and money. Definitely not people that will tell you upfront what to expect. The Cohen Law Group is very nice and understanding. They are straight forward and tell you what your options are, no sugar coating. Mr Cohen is personable and gets the job done. All calls and emails are returned promptly. Call them, Miss Francis will take care of you.
This is a terrible place to do business with. Unprofessional in every way possible. My daughter hired this company to defend her, everything from bad communication to poor ethics was displaced. We ended up getting her a different attorney for her case. I heard he was going to loose his license if he didn’t step down. I’m not sure how true this is but I can for sure see it happening.
Everyone who works here is fabulous! They always take the time to listen and have alit if patience… even for people like me — a Worrywart! Also, Mr. Cohen is an absolute sweetheart! Hes the mist caring and considerate lawyer i have ever dealt with. I give this firm and Mr Cohen especially an A+!!
