It has come to pass: they're closing! - The Coffee Pro (Bedford, Mill Cove) is a small store with lots of different k-cups (others too?) to choose from. It's always very quiet, so I'm often worried that there may not be enough business for the store to be profitable (-> great inconvenience to me ;). I like the peace and quiet and it also allows for conversation with staff. I regularly ask for recommendations (e.g. hot chocolate, half-and-half caffeine etc.). by the very friendly staff. Nice little hidden gem!

I ordered online and made a follow-up call to ask when the items would be ready. I spoke with one of the staff, who was not polite at all and simply told me that I would receive an email when it’s ready. Very poor customer service.

Didn't have what I was looking for today, but they're always friendly and helpful. Huge selection of flavoured syrups!
