Brook is a nice guy, but his office is an unresponsive disaster. If you call, they often don't answer the phone. If you are in the office, the poor legal assistant spends most of her day answering the phone and saying, "may I put you on hold." Thibault needs to hire additional staff if he wants to be effective.
With the astronomical fees Attorney Brook Thibault charged I received poor and inadequate representation. My case was rushed, and unprepared, and the service was not completely rendered after I discovered a mistake made in the miscalculation of spousal support. I practically laid out my case for him by having all supporting documents in an orderly manner followed by a letter making sure we were on the same page at all times.
