I showed up early for a first time 90 minute appt and the massage therapist didn’t show up. I waited until 10 min into the appt and they had not heard from him so I left. Very disappointing as I’m having back pain and I took time off work for this appt. The owner was apologetic but still a very poor experience.
I am really frustrated about the repeating charges. Hope the issue will be solved smoothly. Don’t wanna wake up and see a new charge.
