Exceptional, helpful and always friendly
I called in to the bank..came out and had a parking ticket on my van..its for taxi's only said the traffic warden..where does it say that I asked..she walked away..
Absolutely horrific experience I was trying to make a debit card and it took a span of over 4-5 weeks because none of the staff were communicating effectively. I had to physically go into a branch because they kept cancelling my application although everything was fine. Still waiting on the call back from them. Horrific.
Had a problem with my debit card. The staff at bolton branch where fantastic. They sorted out the problem for me and I am now problem free. Thank you for all your help.
