I would not give any ratings. The worst Bank . The staff are lazy and they take too long to do simple transactions. When you complain the Manager Mr Victor Perez denies that messages were left to contact customer. The Head office is just as bad. Sarah Woods and Sarah Conway who is head of complaints also do not call the customer. Avoid coop bank at all costs
