UPDATE. this pub is CLOSED (May 2023). Historic review:- New owners (though I hear they’re leaving soon). Decent pub food - certainly better than average. Nice atmosphere. Pork loin came with mash, a roast carrot, red cabbage. Roast chicken and a roast beef Sunday lunch were very substantial. Verdicts- good. Beer. Serves Earl Soham and an Adnam’s. I’ve never known it to be a drinking pub. The little ‘internal’ village shop has disappeared.
