Very unprofessional, they never answer your calls or emails. They do not keep you updated of any information. You have to look for them to find out what’s going on, and it’s very difficult since they don’t answer. I went into office to let them know and the situation didn’t change. Another accountant is having the same issue with them.
Rick, Lydia, Zully and everyone at The Closing Office did it again! They work hard and very efficiently to get the real estate contracts closed in a timely manner! 👍
We want to thank Mr. Rick Hinojosa for his assistance with our out-of-county closing. He was very polite and informative.
I closed in May and I'm still waiting on them to pay my home owners insurance and we are in July now.
