I took a big box of clothing in. I received a good payout. Will go back with the next box.
I have brought clothes in for consignment and whenever I ask, the owner shuffles papers around and says she'll call me later. She should have my information. I never get a call and I never get a payout. Beware. Jam packed everwhere. It looks like a hoarder runs it. I bought a Columbia jacket. I found out when I got home, the lining was missing and a cigarette burn hole. I contacted her and she said no returns policy. I had to throw the jacket away. It was $19.99 wasted. I'm never going back.
Don't use this place if you want to actually get paid for all of the clothes you give to the owner, Kathy! You will get scammed. I should have had a rummage sale or sold online. Instead she seemed soooooo kind and happily took all of my sons baby clothes and never paid me a single dollar! This is an awful business!
