I am midway through my current treatment plan and I would like to provide a very positive review for The Clinic! The team are very professional and super friendly and make you feel very comfortable whilst in the clinic. You’re warmly greeted with a lovely tea or coffee (and chocolate!) in a comfortable chair while waiting for your appointment. I am so pleased that I have found this clinic. I have had 2 appointments now and both times I have been made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The staff are excellent at making you feel relaxed. The treatment techniques are superb and I felt that they are very current with the latest methods. Looking forward to more treatments. They are very considerate to my disability too. Thankyou
I can’t recommend Joolia enough. She's incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Joolia carefully explains options with honesty, gives advice, and makes sure i'm comfortable with the plan before moving forward. On top of that, she's so friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about achieving the best, most natural results.
I love getting ‘tweakments’ from Joolia. Joolia, her team and the facilities are extremely professional whilst still being warm and welcoming. A very thorough explanation of the treatment that I was going to have (Botox) despite having had it done before. No details were left out and the after-care was all fully explained. Will definitely be back again.
I booked an oxygen pod therapy session before surgery, expecting something sensible and restorative. What I didn’t expect was to emerge feeling like a calmer, more relaxed version of myself. The team were absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, and masters of making you feel instantly at ease (even when your nerves are doing their own thing).
