Bought 2 ************* recliner from them in October 2021 and purchased the 5 year extended warranty through them. The stitching is coming apart on all 3 *********** filed a claim with the company that we purchased the warranty from with no response. When we contacted Cleveland Furniture they told us they couldn't help us, that it was the responsibility of the extended warranty company to resolve the issue.When you spend over $5,000 for furniture, you would think they would help to get the issue resolve.They seem like they d... read more

We have contacted the customer. The customer was confused. He though he registered a complaint with the warranty company and not with our company. We told him that we are there to help and get the issue resolved to his satisfaction. We will 1. Contact the warranty company on his behalf and help expedite the claim and 2. Send our own service tech to his house to repair what we are capable of repairing. We will assure that this customer will be satisfied.

This company has some nice furniture and the staff is awesome. However I am having a big issue with GUARDSMAN, the extra warranty company they deal with. I was informed by someone in office that they are aware of the warranty companys policy. But they got their commission for selling the policy so why should they care. I will never again shop at that store
