wasn’t a pleasant experience. Stephen I believe was the first person I met with. He was nice. MC was also very helpful. Whoever I was referred to, to actually do my taxes was judgmental, rude, and was absolutely not helpful. She never reached out and communicated with me I had to ask all the questions myself. she never even asked me to sign my reviews. MC had to help me with that when i called her about a separate issue. this place is awful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is new to taxes. Only go here if you wanna do all the work yourself and still pay them almost 1,000$ for nothing.
